We are Vicarious, a talent agency that represents established and emerging creatives all across the world! We’re currently seeking project managers of all levels to work with our awesome clients.


As a project manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and produce the desired results.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.


In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What we’d like to see from you:

  • At least one year of project management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bonus points for bilingual candidates!

We work with corporate and agency clients, and roles could be from a few hours on up to full-time permanent.
Roles can be onsite, remote or hybrid.


Compensation is based on experience, and we provide healthcare benefits.
There’s an opportunity for a 401(k) after 6 months.
