This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality and safety standards.Responsibilities include:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop and manage project budgets and schedulesAdminister contracts and subcontract agreementsLead weekly project planning and coordination meetingsOversee field operations and site safety complianceManage documentation, including revisions and submittalsMaintain clear communication with stakeholders and team membersEvaluate and resolve scope or design changesProvide leadership and mentorship to project teamsBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendorsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong background in commercial construction cost control, scheduling, and contract administrationAbility to interpret construction documents and project plansProficient in Microsoft Office and construction management softwareEffective communicator with strong organizational skillsLeadership experience in both office and field environmentsAdditional Information:Travel to job sites requiredOSHA certification a plusTo apply, please submit your resume and a brief note outlining your experience and availability.
