Construction Project Manager – Multi-Family Podium | San Jose, California | $165,000 – $180,000Renewyx | In partnership with a leading commercial general contractorRenewyx is partnered with a well-regarded commercial general contractor based in San Jose, California, to find an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multi-family podium construction.About the RoleThis is an on-site leadership role for a project manager who knows multi-family podium construction inside and out. You'll take full ownership of project delivery, managing complex builds from ground-up through to handover, working alongside a talented site team and a contractor with a strong reputation in the Bay Area market.What You'll Be DoingLeading end-to-end project management on multi-family podium construction projectsManaging project schedules, budgets, and resources across all phases of deliveryCoordinating with subcontractors, design teams, owners, and local authoritiesIdentifying and mitigating project risks proactivelyEnsuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standardsReporting on project progress to senior stakeholders and ownership groupsWhat We're Looking For4–8 years of construction project management experience with a focus on multi-family podium projectsDeep understanding of podium construction methods, concrete and wood-frame sequencing, and mixed-use deliveryStrong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project controlsFamiliarity with Bay Area building codes and permitting processes is a strong advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPMP or relevant construction certification is a plusWhat's on OfferBase salary: $165,000 – $180,000 depending on experienceFull-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CAOpportunity to work on landmark multi-family projects with a highly regarded contractorCollaborative and supportive team environmentInterested?
