Formwork Selection & Buyout

Safety Program Management

Quality Control Program Management

Crew & Labor Productivity Analysis

Project Reporting (Cost, Fee, Safety, Quality, etc.)

Personnel Training (PE)

Client Relationships

Project Closeout Organization and Management

Technical Training:

Advanced Excel

Advanced Scheduling

Running Effective Meetings

Business Writing

Cost Reporting & Budget Preparation

Spectrum Accounting Systems

PowerPoint Presentations

Skills Development:

Contract Language

Estimate and Proposal Coordination

Interpersonal Relationships

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:

Concrete related projects experience must

Caltrans project and understanding of Caltrans specifications very imporant

Preferred 4-year degree in a construction or engineering field, OR a 4-year degree in an unrelated

field with previous construction experience and/or a strong interest in construction.

2-3 years of Project Engineering Experience

2-3 years of Assistant PM Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of PM Experience to achieve Sr. PM

Reports To:

Sr. Project Manager

Director of Operations

Collaborates With:

Directors and Executives

Manages:

Project Engineers (Interns)
