AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), ITILv3, Lean, Agile and/or Six Sigma certification (5 Years)

Project Management experience implementing and managing multiple large-scale programs/projects (5 Years)

Ability to lead process improvement activities to make enhancement recommendations and implement workflow and business process changes (5 Years)

Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong focus on customer service utilizing established PMO Program/Project Management methodology, processes, procedures, tools, and techniques to improve quality measures and metrics (5 Years)

Proficiency in key performance improvement techniques including current state assessment, KPI development, and workflow mapping/redesign (5 Years)

Scope of Work: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Development: Develop the project charter, scope, schedule, budget, and plan
-
Team Management: Assemble the project team and manage team performance
-
Monitoring and Adjusting: Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines, resources, and costs
-
Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication across all stakeholders and deliver regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders
-
Issue and Risk Management: Escalate issues and risks to the project sponsor
-
Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
Methodology: The project management methodology for these projects will primarily be Waterfall.
