PAY RATE: 1099 / CTC: $67, W2 Hourly: $63, W2 Salary With Benefits: $109200
HYBRID: Be on-site and follow Macomb's remote work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Macomb's IT department is located in Clinton Twp. MI, Hall Road and Hayes, next to Macomb Community College's Center Campus.

Project Management

  1. Oversee the implementation of business process review recommendations.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  4. Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure resource availability.
  5. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to meet project goals.
  6. Enforce project management standards and ensure project deliverables meet these standards.
  7. Manage IT-related technical projects, which may include internal as well as external resources.
  8. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  9. Oversee the implementation of technical solutions and ensure they meet project requirements.

Change Management

  1. Develop and execute change management strategies.
  2. Manage organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Identify and mitigate resistance to change.
  4. Facilitate communication and training impacts.

Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement plans.
  2. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates.
  3. Address stakeholder concerns and feedback.

Communication and Training

  1. Develop communication plans to support project initiatives.
  2. Facilitate training programs to ensure successful adoption of changes.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and training efforts.
  4. Keep meeting minutes and distribute to key stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation

  1. Prepare regular project status reports.
  2. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  3. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
  4. Use Microsoft Project Management tools such as planner, web project and/or Microsoft project.

The project manager must have:

  1. 5-7 years experience as a project manager
  2. Experience in IT related technical projects
  3. Experience in Business Process Reviews
  4. Experience in Change management Proven ability to manage organizational change, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training impact
