Overview Our client in the construction industry is seeking to hire a full time Project Manager. The business is well established for almost 3 decades and the administrative office is located in Bohemia (Suffolk county). Responsibilities Experience managing multiple projects RFI’s Meeting Minutes Procure Must have ability to read and comprehend project drawings and specifications AutoCad experience preferred Estimating (2 years preferred) Qualifications Experience in construction for fire sprinkler Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel Strong communication skills Strong multitask skills Willingness to obtain necessary job certifications if needed (to be paid for by company) NCFM COF 1 and 2 NYFD Air Compressor Certification OSHA 30 / 40 Hour SST Scaffold Use Certification Schedule 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Thursday 8:00am – 3:00pm Friday Compensation Salary is based upon experience but the target is $100k-120k and a benefits package.
