Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure the project team is motivated, productive, and collaborative.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, overseeing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
