Title: Project Manager

Location: team is in Chicago at Willis, but open to remote for rockstars

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• App Dev PM, with 7+ years of experience
• Familiar with both agile and waterfall
• MS Project experience
• Ideally wants someone who has grown from a BA to a PM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines, ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, and drive project progress.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure the project is on track.
• Manage the project budget, reporting, and status updates. This includes creating decks, maintaining timelines, and utilizing MS Project for scheduling.
• Proactively manage project risks, scope, and deadlines. Ask the right questions to uncover any hidden risks or challenges.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of Project Management experience, preferably in application development.
• Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience managing project budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Project for scheduling and project updates.
• Ability to quickly acclimate to new projects, work independently, and understand both the technical and business aspects of the project.
