What we are looking for
This qualified individual will partner with global teams and clients to drive the successful client onboarding onto Alpha's Account Services offering. This role will require a deep understanding of Account Onboarding, Termination and other lifecycle events. In addition it requires strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create clear and concise documentation.

What you will be responsible for:
Responsible for maintenance of standard project artifacts which may include Project Plans, RAID logs, and Status Reports
Works in conjunction with Development and Implementation team leads to coordinate resource plans
Maintains and publishes release plans under the direction of the Development team leads
Drives the completion of activities via follow up with necessary parties and escalating overdue items
Hosts daily and weekly stand up meetings between IT and Business owners, as directed
Coordinates the set up of meetings and drafting of meeting minutes
