Location: Menands, NY Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Served as a Project Manager leading complex application development initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements definition through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Managed large-scale infrastructure IT projects, overseeing all phases including project origination, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and formal closeout.
• Facilitated and coordinated communication among cross-functional teams, including technical staff, business users, and executive-level sponsors, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.
• Utilized project management tools, including Microsoft Project (MS Project), to document and manage all project phases, develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), track risks and issues, oversee execution and implementation activities, ensure quality control, and complete project closeout documentation.
• Conducted business process analysis and developed comprehensive documentation, including requirements elicitation, use case development, workflow diagrams, and process improvement artifacts.
• Worked within the Public Sector on projects involving sensitive and regulated healthcare data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Protected Health Information (PHI) privacy and security standards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
