Responsibilities Spearheaded Agile transformation initiatives across the program, enhancing team productivity and accelerating delivery timelines through the adoption of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices. Joined a complex, cross-functional enterprise program and quickly established governance structures, operating cadences, and communication frameworks across eight Agile teams, enabling successful phased delivery of strategic initiatives. Facilitated more than 12 Program Increment (PI) Planning events, aligning cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership on priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery objectives. Proactively managed program-level dependencies, risks, and impediments, improving transparency and enabling teams to address issues early, resulting in more predictable delivery outcomes. Maintained and optimized Agile Release Train (ART) execution and release schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features across multiple program increments and release milestones. Leveraged flow metrics, KPIs, and Atlassian Analytics dashboards to monitor ART performance, improve delivery predictability, increase throughput, and support executive-level decision-making. Facilitated over 200 Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, retrospectives, reviews, and Scrum of Scrums, fostering alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams. Coached Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on SAFe principles, Agile best practices, and team maturity, strengthening collaboration and reducing cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks. Trained and guided six Agile teams in Kanban practices, implementing WIP limits, flow-based metrics, and visualization techniques that reduced cycle times and improved workflow transparency. Streamlined delivery processes through workflow automation and continuous process improvement initiatives, increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort and execution risks. Served as the primary liaison between delivery teams and executive leadership, balancing execution, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change adoption while providing clear visibility into program status, risks, and roadmap progress.
