Project Planning & Control Engineer

Responsibilities Support project planning, scheduling, and control activities across aerospace programs Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines Monitor project performance, risks, and action items to ensure successful execution Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, presentations, and planning documentation Assist in resource planning and project prioritization activities Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership teams Analyze project data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and delivery performance Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced aerospace environment Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 5–8 years of experience within the aerospace industry Experience and/or strong exposure to project management methodologies and tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Autonomous, results‑driven, and enthusiastic professional with strong work ethics Aerospace program coordination experience Experience supporting engineering or aircraft development programs Knowledge of project scheduling and reporting tools Experience working within highly regulated aerospace environments ITAR Compliance Please note this position falls under ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance requirements.
