This role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage one or more mid-to-large scale projects with full ownership of outcomes, timelines, and costsDevelop project plans, business objectives, and strategic initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional HR teams to drive project executionEngage with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on key business initiativesDrive change management strategies and develop communication plansTrack project performance through dashboards, reporting tools, and metricsEnsure benefits realization and measure project ROI through surveys and analyticsManage third-party vendors and ensure adherence to contract termsMaintain project documentation, governance, and compliance standardsRequired Qualifications5–7 years of project management experienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fieldExperience managing both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects in a hybrid environmentStrong understanding of project governance, change control, and approval processesExperience with vendor management and procurement-related projectsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesPreferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalentExperience working on HR transformation or HR-related projectsInterview Process2 rounds of interviewsFinal round includes a 15–20minute presentation (3–5 slides) showcasing a project (preferably HR-related), covering:Project kickoff/charterPlanning, governance, and controlsHybrid delivery approach (Waterfall + Agile)
