This role is responsible for program leadership and direction ensuring successful execution consistent with the budget, schedule, statement of work, technical specification, and contract deliverables.ResponsibilitiesManage program budget and resources needs throughout program period of performance.Act as primary customer interface.Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly milestones.Assist PMO to develop and improve program management systems.Drive business development/program growth and maintain in positive margins per metrics.Work with multidisciplinary teams and leaders to enable successful execution of state-of-the-art projects from beginning to end.Ideal Experience and RequirementsB.S./ B.A. with technical or financial emphasis required.Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.Strong attention to detail with advanced verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage, motivate, and push engineers to project deliverables.Ability to travel - an average of 5% travel may be required.
