Proven track record of leading execution across high-risk, regulated, or security-sensitive platforms and initiatives. Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments while maintaining rigorous delivery discipline. Demonstrated credibility and confidence in working closely with senior engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within AI-assisted or AI-led delivery models. Prior exposure to crypto custody, blockchain, or broader financial services platforms. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with security, risk, and regulatory stakeholders. Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to connect technology, process, risk, and business outcomes.
