Job Title: Project / Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary communicator across multiple application development efforts (7–8 applications) Drive cross‑functional alignment between engineering, product, platform, and analytics teams Gather updates from development teams and translate into clear status reports, risks, and timelines Create executive‑ready presentations and dashboards to communicate progress, challenges, and priorities Manage roadmaps, dependencies, and risk tracking across initiatives Synthesize complex inputs into actionable insights for leadership decision‑making Support SDLC processes and ensure visibility into development lifecycle milestones Leverage data mining and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across programs Typical Day / Work Environment Attend development and technical meetings to collect updates on progress, risks, and blockers Build cohesive program‑level narratives highlighting milestones, delays, and key decisions Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for various stakeholder levels Collaborate regularly with development teams, product owners, and senior leadership Hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Chicago) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience, ideally supporting software development teams Experience working within SDLC / CI/CD environments Strong experience managing cross‑functional technical initiatives Technical Skills (Required) Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) Azure DevOps SDLC / CI/CD processes Preferred / Strongly Desired Data mining experience Power BI, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis and reporting Core Competencies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (primary focus of role) Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear messaging Experience managing multiple concurrent applications or programs Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making Executive presentation and storytelling skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment Ideal Candidate Profile Background supporting software development or digital product teams Proven ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership Experience consolidating inputs across multiple teams into a single, cohesive view Comfortable driving visibility across large, complex programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
