Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Seattle, WA 98109
Duration: 12 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite/Remote
Job Description:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
  • Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, HSD/GED minimum.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management
  • Software: MS office, experience with asana or other PM software experience.
  • PLM tool experience would be a plus.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Stakeholder management
  • Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates.
  • Tracker creation would be a plus as well.

  • Worker is being hired to as project management support for as part of planned rebranding work.
Work that will not get completed without this resource(s):
  • Worker is being hired to as project management support for as part of planned rebranding work.
  • Without this resource, the blue badge team will have to prioritize project management of rebranding work instead of launching new selection essential to achieving topline and selection goals.
  • Additionally, it will take longer to successfully transition products from one brand to another due to the scope of the need.
Typical Day in the Role:
Day to day duties:
  • Business rebrand, bigger to smaller brand architecture.
  • Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
  • Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done.
  • Working off of expected tasks project management heavy
  • Help scale the full time team who are focusing on other tasks
  • May be creating trackers
  • Making sure team mates are meeting deadlines, and moving through tasks within correct time frame.
  • Manage stakeholders Working with cross functional teams

  • Interested in CPG (consumer package goods) creation to market visibility
  • Able to give feedback on products, able to impact end product
