We are more than 500 consultants with offices in Lisbon, Porto and Madrid.DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.We are looking for a Project Program Manager for a project based in LisbonResponsibilitiesEnsure effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, cost and quality;Prepare and ensure compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation);Ensure financial execution is in line with execution;Manage the relationship and assertive communication with all stakeholders;Prepare project reporting, management information and promote decision making;Support the new head of the Transformation Office in managing this high impact, high visibility, high strategy and high transformation project in collaboration with other team members, areas and/or external consultants;Build rapport and work closely with the various project stakeholders across all platforms and geographies to ensure implementation of the initiatives;Prepare and deliver high quality executive presentations to the C-level on the status, implications and impact of the project.Requirements:Up to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (certifications are valued);Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in strategy and/or management consulting;Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering;Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing;Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment;Capacity for critical analysis and focused on solving blockage points;Have a strategic and problem-solving mindset;Experience in digital transformation projects;Experience in project management in large and complex organizations.If you’re interested in this job please send your CV in to or with the reference “CA/PPM”.Thank you! :DDecskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
