Who are we looking for? We’re seeking an experienced Project Resource Coordinator to manage and facilitate internal projects that support the Operations Business Unit. You will have experience in resource management and project coordination, and oversee the end-to-end transition of projects from Sales phase through to delivery. What you’ll be doing Ensure the seamless transition of cyber security projects from the Sales phase to Delivery. Define, articulate, and fulfil project resource requirements to set engagements up for success. Maintain accurate project information within Bridewell’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between Sales, Delivery, and Senior Leadership to drive project execution. Oversee end-to-end project transitions from Sales to Delivery and act as the primary point of contact during start-up. Define and document resource requirements (roles, qualifications, skills, and availability). Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to allocate suitable resources and manage workload to avoid under- or over-utilisation. Ensure resource start dates align with project milestones; identify and address bottlenecks in delivery. Forecast future resource needs based on sales pipeline and project timelines. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to recruit, onboard, and train staff as required. Maintain and audit CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) for accuracy and reporting; ensure compliance with internal standards. Coordinate with Sales to ensure project scope and requirements are fully understood. Communicate resource readiness to Project Managers and Lead Consultants through consultant briefings or start-up meetings. Escalate risks related to resource availability or delivery to relevant stakeholders. Identify and implement improvements to the transition process to enhance efficiency and reliability. Contribute to CRM improvements by suggesting remedial actions or enhancements to the CRM Product Owner. Develop and document SOPs for project transitions and generate regular reports on readiness, resource utilisation, and data quality. Provide insights to the Senior Leadership Team to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate internal projects focusing on process improvements and operational efficiency to enhance service delivery. You will need to have experience in Project Management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PMI PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is highly desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems; certification is beneficial. Experience in Resource Management, Project Coordination, or Operations Management within a consultancy, preferably in Cyber Security or IT services. Track record of managing project transitions or delivery processes in fast-paced, client-focused environments. Knowledge of Cyber Security principles, standards, and technologies (foundation-level qualifications such as ISC2 CC or BCS CISMP are desirable). Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Background in maintaining and auditing CRM systems for data integrity and reporting. Understanding of project lifecycles with the ability to coordinate resources and ensure timely execution. Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and optimizing resource allocation. Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making. Proactive in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies; meticulous in managing CRM data. Strong interpersonal skills to work across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Senior Leadership. Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), project management tools (e.g., MS Project), and standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
