Project Scheduler At Spencer Ogden, we’re supporting a major battery storage project in Germany and are looking for a skilled Project Scheduler to join the team. This is a hands-on role focused on planning, controls, and delivering reliable project schedules in a fast-paced environment.Location: Berlin (on-site, includes travel to a nearby secondary site)Full-time (40 hours/week) Start: ASAP through March 2028What you’ll be doing: Developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in Primavera P6Coordinating and integrating contractor and subcontractor schedulesMaintaining schedule baselines, governance, and quality checks (including DCMA 14-point analysis)Tracking progress, updating forecasts, and ensuring accurate data inputsPerforming critical path and delay analysis, with clear mitigation strategiesSupporting resource planning and identifying optimisation opportunitiesContributing to risk analysis and delay/EOT assessmentsProducing clear reports, dashboards, and schedule insights for stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools What we’re looking for: Degree in Engineering or a related field3+ years’ experience in project planning/scheduling using Primavera P6Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesConfident communicator in English (C1+); German (C2) required for one of the positionsExperience with schedule risk analysis is a plusFamiliarity with Excel and MS Project Language: German-speaking strongly preferred
