Are you a skilled user of Oracle Primavera P6 with a knack for master schedule integration?


Are you looking to join a company at the forefront of new-energy development with active sites underway?


Have you got 5-10 years of demonstrated skills in the field?


This might be the role for you!


Our client is an international new-nuclear technology developer with a specialization in nuclear power development. They have multiple sites underway for construction and are looking for an established talent in the energy/utilities/construction world to join their team. You would work with the broader team on schedule development & management, critical path risk/mitigation strategies, and maintenance of visibility over all project deliverables. This role offers a competitive base + benefits + equity offering.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to build and update comprehensive schedules in Primavera P6
  • Proactively collect activity updates and timeline information from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide scheduling support and analysis to project leadership and site management teams
  • Consolidate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases into an integrated master timeline synchronized with budget and progress tracking
  • Analyze critical path activities, available float, and schedule vulnerabilities; propose risk mitigation approaches
  • Support cost estimation processes and allocate resources to activities based on team inputs


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling and controls for large-scale capital projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling software applications
  • Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project lifecycles
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze critical path methodology, schedule compression techniques, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience integrating schedule data with cost control systems and progress reporting frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred
