Project Scheduler

Construction Contractor is a reputable construction company specializing in commercial projects across California. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget through collaboration, planning, and execution.

We are seeking a highly organized, and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to develop, implement, and manage project schedules for a water infrastructure construction project.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Executive to develop project schedules, assignments, tasks, and subtasks.

· Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system throughout the project timeline.

· Coordinate project timelines with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners.

· Monitor schedule performance, risks, delays, and impacts, and recommend corrective measures to keep project on track.

· Perform field walks on a regular basis to verify progress and schedule updates.

· Communicate schedule progress, changes, and delays.

· Develop Time Impact Evaluations (TIEs) and Change Order Requests (CORs) related to schedule impacts.

· Maintain accurate scheduling documentation, records, and reporting.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.

· Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6).

· Proven experience in project planning, updating, and management.

· Knowledge of project scope and scheduling controls.

· Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· This position requires full time onsite presence.
