Position Summary IIA is looking to fill a full-time Project Specialist position located at our facility in Alachua, San Felasco Tech City. Since 1976, our testing laboratory in Alachua, Florida, has been a leading provider of testing and certification of consumer products and RF devices. The Project Specialist will process applications for certification, perform administrative review of documents to verify compliance to U.S. (FCC), Canadian (ISED), and international requirements. The Project Specialist will work directly with customers. A successful candidate will be excited to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide story-worthy customer services. Key Responsibilities Process and review documents, enter and upload data to regulatory agencies' websites. Process and review certification applications for U.S. (FCC), Canadian (ISED), and various other international regions per region regulatory requirements. Assist management and technical teams in a variety of tasks and activities related to certification. Assist management with general office and business-related tasks and activities. Qualifications Education, experience, and competencies required High School Diploma (Associate Degree preferred). At least 2-3 years of work experience. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Adept at problem-solving and process optimization. Quick to grasp and apply new concepts and processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in high-volume operational setting. Skilled and motivated in handling data entry and computer-based work. Professional and organized. Ability to meet all assigned deadlines. Proficient in computer operations. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and MS Word and computer.
