We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Project Assistant to support our client projects and internal operations. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys coordination, structure, and helping creative teams stay aligned.

This is a hybrid/remote role with full-time or part-time hours available. Applicants must be based in Los Angeles, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Support the project manager in coordinating day-to-day tasks across multiple creative projects
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate with clients and team members in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Follow up with designers, developers, and creatives to ensure progress and clear next steps
• Assist with simple content updates on websites (training provided if needed)
• Participate in internal creative reviews and client meetings, documenting action items
• Support logistics for photo and video shoots, including scheduling and asset coordination
• Assist in exploring and implementing new AI tools to optimize creative and operational workflows.
• Be ready to jump in wherever support is needed across the agency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities calmly under pressure
• Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of creative workflows and tools
• Working knowledge of with Basecamp, Slack, Figma, and Canva
• Familiarity with web platforms like WordPress or Shopify
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and video editing tools 
• Curiosity about or experience with AI tools for productivity, creative, and content support
• Kind, thoughtful, and respectful in all communications
• Experience in an agency or creative environment is a plus
