Project Superintendent

We are a well-established construction firm with over three decades of experience delivering high-impact commercial projects in the Bay Area. As we expand our footprint in the city, we're seeking a Project Superintendent to lead corporate interior projects in South San Francisco with integrity and a commitment to excellence with each project we build.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of commercial interior construction projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage site operations, safety compliance, and quality control.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • 3+ years commercial Interiors experience
  • High School Diploma
