Full-Time | $50,000–$75,000 DOE We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Preconstruction & Operations team in Durango, Colorado. This role is central to the success of our construction projects, providing administrative structure and continuity from project start-up through completion. About the Role Reporting to the Preconstruction & Operations Manager, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and fellow Coordinators to ensure projects launch on schedule and remain accurately documented throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as a key point of contact for subcontract administration, purchase orders, invoicing, and pay applications, helping to keep every project organized, compliant, and on track. What You'll Do Coordinate project start-ups, including prequalification packets, software setup, crew scheduling, cost codes, and budgets Partner with Project Engineers and Project Managers on change orders, subcontracts, and pay applications Maintain accurate documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and budget updates Process purchase orders, invoices, lien waivers, and monthly pay applications Support project management software administration and cross-departmental coordination What We're Looking For Minimum two years of experience in the construction industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and Outlook required; Procore preferred) Working knowledge of project budgeting, AP/AR, and construction management software Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative, organized, and self‑motivated approach to work What We Offer We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a health savings account, company-paid life and long‑term disability insurance, matched retirement contributions, supplemental insurance options, pet insurance, legal and ID theft protection, paid vacation and sick leave, six paid holidays, and a bonus program.
