Control Risks is hiring a Project Support Coordinator to work with our Client’s Vendor Procurement team to help provide administrative support for a global team. This role will have strong work ethic and organizational skills to support the Team Lead and other members of the program on any projects that need completion.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the project setup, meticulously manage the administration throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure a thorough and orderly project closure within internal enterprise systems.
  • Act as a steward for the team, embodying our commitment to excellence in all aspects of project administration, and serve as the central point of contact for project managers and finance stakeholders, actively engaging and coordinating efforts.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of projects, managing data and documentation, ensuring they align with our quality standards and client needs.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, addressing system discrepancies proactively.
  • Be diligent in applying governance practices to maintain the quality and accuracy of project data, ensuring all project information is reliable and up to date.
  • Support the Finance Manager with tracking finances to support the overall vendor management program

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or professional services experience.
  • Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate a complex, global firm and build relationships.
  • A strong inclination and passion for administrative work, ideally with experience in a related field.
  • Commits to excellence and sets high personal standards.
  • Process-oriented and meticulous.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactively resolves issues within own scope and knows when to escalate.
  • Adept at identifying inefficiencies in administrative processes, proactively proposing improvements or alternatives.
  • Committed to teamwork, ready to assist colleagues promptly and collaboratively.
