Project Support Coordinator Apply
The Project Coordinator arranges schedules and regulates the flow of work within or between organizational units or businesses; checks master schedule, establishes priorities, and changes schedule according to project needs. Confers with project management to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods received from methods or engineering departments; compiles reports concerning progress of work. Qualifications Experience supporting projects through schedule coordination and task tracking Ability to monitor project progress and elevate risks or delays Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with cross‑functional teams (project managers, engineers, operations, etc.) Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Pluses Experience with Primavera 6 or MS Projects – P6 preferred PowerBI or SharePoint experience Compensation $35/hr - $42/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
