We are seeking a Senior Project Support Specialist to provide comprehensive project management support. This role supports Project Manager(s) and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution, by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, maintaining project data, and proactively addressing project needs. The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination expertise, advanced administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced project management support across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables Support Project Managers managing projects from initiation through execution by tracking milestones, risks, action items, and timelines Obtain project status updates, maintain project tracking databases, and ensure accurate and timely reporting Identify project issues, risks, and conflicts; facilitate resolution and escalate to the Project Manager when necessary Conduct analysis and prepare project presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders Apply in-depth knowledge of project management support principles and project lifecycle methodologies Proactively address project team needs, provide reminders, and assist with prioritization in response to changing project demands Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, external agencies, and licensing entities Exercise independent judgment and discretion to advise on recommended courses of action Support scheduling, documentation management, meeting coordination, and other administrative project functions Demonstrate adaptability by reprioritizing work based on evolving project requirements and challenges Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative project team Required Qualification Associate degree in business, technical discipline, or applicable profession, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 5+ years of project support experience 2+ years of project management experience 2+ years Utilities industry experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skill Proven ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and contribute to project planning and execution Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting projects involving electrical infrastructure or construction environments Experience supporting Project Managers overseeing projects from initiation through execution Knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP Ability to coordinate with external agencies and licensing organizations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment Hybrid Work Model – Enjoy a balance of remote and in-office work to enhance work-life harmony Climbing PTO – Annual increasing paid time off for freedom and flexibility Paid Holidays – Observance of 9 federal holidays Health & Well ness – Programs and initiatives to prioritize physical and mental well-be Comprehensive Bene fits – Medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with retirement plans with company match Career Growth Opportuni ties – Robust learning and development programs for professional advancement Culture-Focused Environ ment – Thrive in an inclusive, vibrant culture that values diversity, teamwork, and respect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
