Locations Irving, TX OR Mossville, IL (Onsite) Overview We are seeking a highly analytical Project/Program Manager to support cost and data-driven initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in data analysis, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This is not a traditional PM role —it is heavily focused on analytics, cost reduction, and operational insights . Key Responsibilities Develop dashboards to monitor program and project performance Analyze data to identify trends and cost savings opportunities Present insights and recommendations to leadership using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint Support cost reduction strategies through analysis (e.g., sourcing, optimization initiatives) Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product and category groups Assist with program/project tracking and overall performance reporting Required Qualifications Strong experience with data analytics and reporting Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments Ability to interpret technical drawings or part numbers Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership Preferred Backgrounds Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer Supply Chain or Sourcing Analyst Data Analyst within a manufacturing environment Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, data analytics, or related field + relevant experience Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Fully onsite (5 days/week) Collaborative team environment with frequent cross-functional interaction Why Apply?
