Overview CG Infinity is seeking a hands-on Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver strategic Infrastructure and Cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex technology programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving projects from initiation through successful delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity environments, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with engineers, architects, cloud teams, and cybersecurity professionals, actively contributing to technical discussions while driving delivery and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple Infrastructure and Cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Security, Operations, Architecture, and Business stakeholders Facilitate technical and project discussions to identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges Review and understand infrastructure, cloud, and security-related project plans, architectures, and roadmaps Facilitate project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and steering committee meetings Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure successful delivery Drive technology initiatives such as cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, security enhancements, and enterprise transformation programs Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners as needed Support change management, communication planning, and organizational readiness activities Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Project Management and/or Program Management experience Experience leading enterprise IT Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity initiatives Strong hands-on understanding of Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Systems, and/or Cybersecurity concepts Ability to effectively engage with engineers, technical leads, architects, and security teams Experience identifying technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Experience Experience supporting one or more of the following: Cloud Migration and Cloud Transformation Data Center Migration Infrastructure Refresh and Modernization Network and Systems Upgrades Technology Refresh Programs Digital Transformation Initiatives Identity and Access Management (IAM) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Vulnerability Management Security Operations (SOC) Risk and Compliance Programs Cloud Security and Zero Trust Initiatives Preferred Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) PgMP (Program Management Professional) AWS Certified Security – Specialty CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional) #J-18808-Ljbffr
