Job Description: Program Manager
Location: Chicago, Illinois (Onsite)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement. This role will ensure the execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. You will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex programs that require strong communication and organizational rigor.
Responsibilities Coordinate AI League program activities across events, account teams, and the sales organization.
Enable sales organization and partners through webinar series, customer stories, demos, and office hours.
Manage analyst relations coordination, including the preparation of briefing materials.
Oversee event session coordination to ensure content quality, technical depth, and message consistency.
Qualifications Experience: Proven program management experience managing across teams, handling timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products are completed on time.
Stakeholder management experience.
Event coordination experience.
