The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, exceptional organizational skills, advanced Excel expertise, and hands‑on experience using Asana and AI‑powered productivity tools. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards using Excel. Utilize Asana to organize tasks, monitor progress, and improve team collaboration. Leverage AI tools to enhance project planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies. Drive accountability across teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Continuously improve project management processes and workflows. Must‑Have Skills 5–7 years of Project or Program Management experience. Strong project management and organizational skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis. Hands‑on experience with Asana. Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to improve productivity. Experience working with large cross‑functional teams in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
