Project Manager I We are seeking a Project Manager I to support strategic modernization initiatives across the government portfolio. This role will coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning product, engineering, operations, security, release management, and workflow modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally rigorous, technically curious, and fluent in modern AI productivity tools and workflows. This role may support release management activities, portfolio planning, roadmap execution, operational transformation initiatives, and AI-enabled engineering programs. You will manage projects through the product development lifecycle, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones and dependencies, identify risks, and help drive execution against operational and strategic objectives. Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position. You must successfully pass a background investigation and achieve Public Trust security clearance. Must be located near the Horsham, PA location for a hybrid onsite schedule. Responsibilities Manage projects through the product development lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Release Management. Support roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and execution tracking activities. Maintain ownership of schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status. Schedule and facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder updates. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders. Support release coordination and operational rollout activities. Perform data analysis relevant to project delivery and operational improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and operational workflows. Leverage AI productivity tools and automation workflows to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and coordination. Support initiatives involving AI-assisted engineering, workflow automation, and modernization efforts. Requirements 5+ years of project management, program management, PMO, or related experience. Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts in Agile environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments. Comfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving operational environments. Strong proficiency with modern AI productivity tooling and AI-assisted workflows. Preferred Skills Experience supporting software delivery, workflow modernization, or operational transformation initiatives. Experience with tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Visio. Familiarity with release management, portfolio planning, and roadmap coordination. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation initiatives, or agentic workflow tooling. Experience working in regulated or government environments. PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.
