Project/Program Manager - IT

Job Title Day to Day Responsibilities Lead and execute moderately complex initiatives to improve IT services. Apply subject matter expertise to design and implement process improvements. Provide data-driven recommendations on cost transparency, service performance, and workforce utilization. Promote adoption of best practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to strategic planning and business case development. Work with cross-functional teams on technical and non-technical matters related to the successful launch of products and solutions. Manage large projects or processes that span outside of the immediate job area. Communicate and collaborate closely with clients outside of the organization. Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables): Cross-functional Program Management – 5 years Executive-level Stakeholder Management Organizational and Operating Model Development and Implementation Preferred Skills (nice to have): Product Management knowledge Agile Methodologies Start-up experience Education Requirements: BA/BS or higher Software Skills Required: MS Office Jira/Linear or other SDLC tools Program/project management tool
