Job Title: Lead Project/Program Manager – IT
Location: Peoria, IL / Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX
Work Type: Onsite (5 days/week)
Duration: 18-month contract
Pay: $73 - $75
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Project/Program Manager – IT to drive execution of a large-scale, data-driven pilot initiative. This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing digital intelligence workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of a high-impact program designed to transform marketing and data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional alignment across multiple teams to ensure project objectives are met
Manage and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables using Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Orchestrate daily activities within the digital intelligence and data workstreams
Identify and proactively mitigate risks to maintain timelines, quality, and delivery goals
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and status reporting
Create and deliver clear communications to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
Coordinate with data engineering and product teams on pipelines, reporting, and audience creation
Track project progress and ensure accountability across all dependencies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP or PMI certification preferred
10+ years of experience in project or program management
Strong expertise in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Proven experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with data engineering, data pipelines, and data governance concepts
Background supporting digital, analytics, or marketing technology initiatives
Strong change management and stakeholder alignment experience
Ability to manage competing priorities and influence decision-making
