Position Contributions to Work Group:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams in lean Agile practices, partner with product and stakeholders to drive value, remove impediments, reduce decision latency, and enable data‑driven continuous improvement.
Typical task breakdown:
Facilitate Agile Delivery
Plan, schedule, and lead Agile ceremonies while fostering team self‑organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Coach and Enable Agile Teams
Coach teams on Agile values, practices, and artifacts using a lean mindset to improve delivery effectiveness and adaptability.
Drive Value with Product and Stakeholders
Partner with the Product Owner/service request manager and stakeholders to prioritize work and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
Remove Impediments and Accelerate Decisions
Actively identify and remove blockers, reduce decision latency, and enable progress through clear communication and effective influence.
Enable Data‑Driven Improvement and Reporting
Help teams capture and analyze performance data, provide actionable insights, and support management decision‑making through relevant metrics and reporting.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree required with 10+ years’ experience
Master’s Degree with 8+ years’ experience
Technical Skills:
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and data
Soft Skills:
Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross‑functional team collaboration
Experience partnering with Product Owners, engineering managers, and business stakeholders
Strong consulting instincts: comfortable pushing back on a COE's request when a simpler or more sustainable design exists and can explain why in plain language to a non‑technical stakeholder
Excellent written and verbal communication; will regularly present design options directly to COE leaders and HR business partners
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $74.00 – $75.00/hour . Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
