Position Summary P³ Delivery is seeking a Project or Program Manager to support lodging program operations for the Integrated Lodging Program. The selected candidate must have at least eight years of hospitality industry and management experience and be able to draft comprehensive project plans, project charters, and/or project scope documents that clearly outline the work to be performed, roles and responsibilities, timelines, uncertainties, and risks. The role may also include support for marketing lodging programs, applying industry best practices, identifying and analyzing trends, recommending solutions to reported issues, and making recommendations for lodging program improvements. Responsibilities Draft comprehensive project plans outlining the work to be performed. Draft project charters that define project purpose, scope, roles, responsibilities, timelines, uncertainties, and risks. Draft project and/or scope documents describing required work, team responsibilities, schedules, and risk considerations. Support lodging program planning and management activities. Identify and analyze trends related to lodging programs. Recommend solutions to reported lodging program issues. Make recommendations for lodging program improvements. Apply hospitality industry best practices to support program performance. Support marketing of lodging programs, as applicable. Help define responsibilities, timelines, uncertainties, and risks associated with assigned lodging program activities. Minimum Qualifications At least eight years of hospitality industry and management experience. Experience drafting comprehensive project plans. Experience drafting project charters. Experience drafting project and/or scope documents. Experience outlining work to be performed, roles and responsibilities, timelines, uncertainties, and risks. Experience identifying and analyzing trends. Experience recommending solutions to reported issues. Experience making recommendations for lodging program improvements. Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices. Experience in marketing lodging programs may be included. PMP certification is a plus DoD project experience is a plus
