We are seeking a detail-oriented Proofreader to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation for the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong grammar skills, and a thorough understanding of technical and regulatory requirements in medical device documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and proofread technical, regulatory, and marketing documents for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines, including FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing, to address corrections or inconsistencies.
  • Verify content aligns with approved templates and style guides.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance document quality and readability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of proofreading experience, preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or regulatory industry.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and regulatory requirements in the medical device field.
  • Strong proficiency in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
