Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Property Accountant | Downers Grove, IL | Up to $85,000 + Bonus A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Property Accountant to manage accounting for a portfolio of properties. This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative team with opportunities to influence process improvements and support multiple entities. The Property Accountant Will Handle full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple properties Produce financial statements for assigned property portfolio Review AP work and approve journal entries Manage depreciation, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and financial insights We’re Looking For a Property Accountant With 4+ years of full-cycle property accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in property management or real estate accounting Why this Property Accountant role?
