Property Management Inspector – Join Our Team!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and professional Property Management Inspector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, enjoys working independently, and understands the importance of protecting and presenting beautiful homes.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections of managed homes before and after guest stays.

Document property condition with photos and reports.

Communicate maintenance or cleaning needs clearly and promptly.

Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure homes are guest-ready.

Represent our company with professionalism and care.

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time depending on workload. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Reliable transportation and smartphone (for photos and reporting)

Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently

Basic Computer Skills

Experience in property management, hospitality, or inspections a plus
