We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Maryland. This role involves managing approximately 100 units, ensuring top-notch tenant service, and maintaining the financial profitability of properties.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of properties, including inspections, maintenance, and tenant interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and oversee budgets, monitor expenses, and manage financial practices to keep properties profitable.
- Handle all aspects of lease management, from negotiations and renewals to ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Work with contractors to ensure timely repairs and property improvements.
- Keep abreast of local property laws and regulations to maintain smooth and lawful operations.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of property management experience, with knowledge of both residential and commercial properties.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with financial reporting and budget management.
