Job Title: Property Manager Location: Barnegat & Waretown, NJ. This position will be working for two apartment properties in Barnegat & Waretown, NJ. Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $62,000 - $65,000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday Property Manager Job Duties: Oversee daily operations, administration, maintenance, and overall property performance. Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, major repairs, renovations, and construction projects. Manage property financials, including rent collection, assistance payments, and expense tracking. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance. Serve as the primary liaison between property owners, onsite staff, tenants, and maintenance teams. Show available units to prospective tenants and explain lease terms, policies, and community features. Develop and execute marketing strategies to reduce vacancies and attract qualified residents. Maintain accurate property records, including maintenance logs, operating costs, permits, and occupancy status. Enforce community guidelines, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and professional environment. Resolve tenant concerns and conflicts professionally to promote positive resident relations. Complete additional administrative and operational duties as needed. Property Manager Job Requirements: Three to five years of related experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to train others. Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of property management. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
