We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury residential building located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is impeccably maintained, residents receive white-glove service, and all financial and operational goals are achieved. This individual will lead on-site staff, manage vendor relationships, and uphold the building’s reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and concierge services.Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are met.Coordinate and supervise all repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of concerns.Maintain open communication with residents through regular updates and community events.Enforce community rules and regulations diplomatically.Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and concierge.Ensure timely collection of rent and management of accounts payable and receivable.Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.Ensure compliance with all local laws, codes, and regulations.Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and certifications.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property managementExperience overseeing at least 300+ unitsStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Knowledge of building systems and residential operations.
