In this role, you will be responsible for creating leasing contracts for new tenants, ensuring units are ready for occupancy, fulfilling repair requests efficiently, collecting monthly rents, and tracking daily expenses. You will also provide regular status reports on the condition of the properties and address any issues that arise.
