What You’ll Be Doing as the Property Manager

  • Lead all day-to-day operations of the community with confidence and consistency
  • Create a resident experience that people talk about (for the right reasons)
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate your onsite team to perform at a high level
  • Oversee leasing performance, marketing, occupancy, and retention strategies
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting with a strong business mindset
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained, organized, and running smoothly
  • Handle challenges proactively—from resident concerns to operational issues

What You Bring as a Property Manager

  • 3+ years of Property Management experience (apartment/multifamily)
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive property performance
  • Strong financial understanding (budgets, NOI, reporting)
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach—even on the busiest days
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, etc.)
