The Property Manager is responsible for: Customer Service Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions with exceptional service. Interacting face-to-face with customers, building rapport. Meeting sales goals and metrics. Performing property walks, lock checks, and unit showings. Managing leasing, payments, bank deposits, and late payment follow-ups. Handling invoice reviews, reports, and auction processes. Overseeing expenses, supplies, and inventory. Property Maintenance Daily property walks, cleaning units, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs). Maintaining the facility (mopping, sweeping, light bulb changes, cleaning units).
