Now Hiring: Property Manager | Millburn, NJ The Kamson Corporation is seeking an experienced Property Manager to support multiple apartment communities in the Millburn area. What You’ll Do: Maintain community appearance with regular inspections and coordinate unit turnovers Manage rent collection and delinquency Prepare and execute new leases and renewals Support hiring, training, and team performance with the Regional Manager Oversee daily property operations Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to resident needs Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards What You Bring: 2+ years of apartment leasing and office management experience 1–3 years of property management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI experience a plus Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license We offer a competitive salary, pleasant working conditions, and a Benefits Package which includes: Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Disability and Life Insurance Programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
