Starting Guaranteed Salary of $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus

Requirements

• 5+ years of property management or related experience, single family background a plus
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus
